Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year office experience
· Office workflow experience
· Familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
· Good typing skills/Quick with data entry
· Detail oriented
· Team player
· Willing to learn and easily accept coaching
· Comfortable on the phone
· Reliable transportation
· Drug and alcohol free
· COVID-19 vaccinated
Work Schedule:
You must be able to work full-time, five days per week, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:00pm at our administrative office in Annapolis, MD. Additionally, one day each week, you will stay late to handle evening class attendance until 6:30pm. Once we return to in-person classes, each team member will take turns visiting classes. This is not a part-time job, and we are not able to accommodate part-time candidates.
Responsibilities:
· Field in-bound and make out-bound calls
· Correspond by e-mail
· File and organize student documents
· Manage student rosters
· Assist with attendance
· Prepare diplomas
· Other duties as required
